No, Belial never had any sort of relationship with Rociel. Where that person came up with that one is unknown to me. Maybe the woman she was shown fooling around with looked like Rociel to this person o_o I'm not even sure she actually slept with Raphael--granted, I didn't read too carefully there, but the impression I got was that he just caught her with someone and she gave him a "talk", soiling his innocent little mind.

I could be wrong; my Japanese is not very sharp and like I said, I wasn't reading too carefully.
