NO! You can not see Yushiro

In the first episode when Yushiro is getting ready to do the dance of Gasara, Yukino (The Mother) doesn't want Misuzu to talk to Yushiro. Now this could be said that it's not to distract him. And that's fair enough. But time and time again Yukino stops Misuzu from seeing Yushiro. Well tries at least. So why is this? Why does she continually try and stop Misuzu from seeing her Big Brother???

Maybe she already knows that both Yushiro and Misuzu are already both kai's and doesn't want Misuzu getting involved with such activities?

That sounds right. Misuzu was her real child; she knew what Yushiro was, and didn't particularily like him, it seems. Maybe she resented the attention he got.

Well, though I'm not sure how this relates directly to the question, it is interesting to note that Yukino was likely Sorachi's wife or relative, before Daizobura claimed her as his new wife when he wasn't producing kais with his previous one, whom he had the three eldest brothers with. Then he had two kais with Yukino, the "original Yushiro" and Misuzu. And then Sorachi's grandson was taken as a replacement Yushiro.

There is also a small part before Kazukiyo is about to overthrow Daizobura, when she seems to show a resentment towards the Gowas.
