A city with no people scans?

In vol. 4 of the manga on one of the first pages it has the little e-mail from Shimbo to Minoru that is kind of a this is where we left off type message. And it mentions how the book "A City With No People" might be about Chi and Hideki, and gives a link to a site that is supposed to have some "pirated" scans of the book. But the link dosen't work for me. Has anyone else seen it? Has it already taken down?

Seeing as I'm not up to that volume in the fanscans (and the official releases arent avaliable in Australia) I dont know.....

Interestingly enough, there IS an official drama CD that has Rie Tanaka (chii) reading all the dialouge from the City With No People books.... I'd almost buy it, but I cant understand japanese...
