Just finished watching Volume 1. Quick question.

Ayato is told that he cannot return to Tokyo Jupiter, right? Well......how the hell did that girl (with the purple hair and bandana...I forget her name) get there, then? Obviously, she's from Terra. How the fudge could she get through the barrier and yet tell Ayato that he can't. I'm intrigued. Please help!

BTW: When does Volume 2 come out?

Jin - Ok Haruka, when you find Ayato and escape from Tokyo Jupiter completing Mission Overlord, you must tell him he has the capability to return their, the place where his mother and friends are and where he has lived all his life. But why would he want to go back their anyway, I mean we are a bunch of strangers surely he would choose to stay with us over his friends and family.

Haruka - Sure thing boss, he would easily choose piloting a giant mecha he has never seen before against forces from his home risking his own life in the process. Why would he go back?

Volume 1's cover is nice.

Volume 2's is ugly.

The box is average.

How's the box by the way and if you watched the dub Fatal (I know your not a fan of ADV dubs) hows that as well?

This is why I think Eva was better than Rah... All actions that Eva characters did made sense... They had a reason to do them...

Ayato, Haruka, and Asahina comes to mind for doing VERY STRANGE things...

I hope the movie does some explaining :liplick:

the box is flimsy. to give you an idea, my marlboro lights box is stronger.

the dub...i give credit to chris patton as Ayato, besides that, its bad. its a shame, Rah deserves an LA dub, at least a NY dub, but no, it had to settle with low grade actors in Texas :(

I've only watched the first episode dubbed though... How many episodes does the first dvd have on it?

Reika's eng. VA is good too (forgot about her), but my vendetta against the dub is Haruka, Quon, Megumi and that one guy that looks like he's gay.

anyhow, im liking Rah, cant wait to see more. its just going to suck with the 3 dvd's that is going to have 3 eps >_<
