Why this anime is crap

It's full of goodness that is never finished. As far as I know, there is only 1 DVD right? And I have it, and I like it, but I cant get more. Therefore, it is crap for not giving me more. And dont tell me to read the manga goddamnit, $20 for a picture novel? What am I, a person with money!? Goddamned yuppies.

If you mean the OVA series, yeah they just end and leave the whole friggin war out of the OVA series. For some reason the director thinks it's cool to focus on character development (Develop?! They're always the same!) rather than traditional "action" scenes. A nice concept, if it worked.

However, the story IS continued in the 26 episode TV series. It retells Sakura Wars WITH all the good stuff they left out. (Like background stories and the ACTUAL BATTLES!!! ACTUAL VILLAINS!!! FINALLY!)

ADV is releasing this now, so I can't wait to see the rest.

There are two other OVA series (which are like the first and don't focus on action) that I wouldn't buy till after you get the TV series, cause its more of the same character-focused stuff from what I've heard.

When I watched the series, I was expecting more cooler powers from sakura but its more of just like simple attacks. The only time that most of them showed their cool powers was in the end of the series.

I was always waiting for Sakura to show her cherry blossom god(something like that?? :confused: :eek: ) attack just like in the OVA but It was only shown once and in the last episode....
