how many dubs?

I've rented Akira, but I'm not sure which version it is. How many times was Akira dubbed? The one I got has Joshua Seth as Tetsuo's voice actor. I believe he also spoke for Tai from Digimon. (gags) Oh well. It suited him a bit nonetheless.
