He can. Well, not really. But the Anoichi (that the word? heaven's tourny) Budokai had Goku go Super Saiya-jin with Kaiou-ken against Paikuhan (well, it was filler, so. . .)

yeah. and Tenshinhan was supposed to be one ot the only ones to do split form. that changed in the anime too.

You mean the Piccolo thing or the Cell one? Cell had the cells of most of the fighters, so that wasn't too far fetched. And Piccolo is Namek-sei-jin, so he's able to split into two halves that each thinks seperately, much better than Tenshinhan's technique. Probably another person who did that, but I can't remember.

Oh? Well, another thing that should be ©opyrighted then. Like how Tenshinhan originally created Taiyo-ken, but it was then stolen by most every character in the series. And Kamesenning should have made the Kamehameha a 'Kamehameha©', that'd make the series a lot less interesting. No more big Kamehameha tug-o-war with Cell versus Gohan. ^_^;;

Cell could do Kamehameha because he had Goku's cells. So go figure.

Just what I'm saying is that SSJ turned Kaiouken obsolete. and the only time that Goku uses Kaiouken while SSJ is in the Annouchi Budokai which is only in the anime. okay?
