alucards real hair colour, black or white?

i finnaly got my hands on a copy of the last DVD and it shows when integra first finds alucard his hair is white....but when shes holding on to the door knob she see images of him with black hair and he obviously has black dureing most of the series..so can anyone explain why the colour changes and his original hair colour? or is this another screwything like seras sun invincibility?

My thoughts are that Alucard has black hair (as vampires traditionally do). His white hair when Integral first found him shows he has been locked away without blood for a long time. Maybe.

His hair goes pure white during the fight with Incognito, and that shows his power.....Like Sayins in DBZ (Ack, I mentioned DBZ!)

I think he was just drained big time. Hair suddenly turning white is quite a common feature used to show eggagerated err... draininess, even though not a very realistic one. :)
