Patlabor Cosplay

I am planning on cosplaying as Asuma Shinohara at next years Otakon, and I want to wear the Second Section winter uniform from Patlabor II, I have all I need except the dark blue bomber jacket with the Division Two Patches on the sleeves.

Does anyone know were I can obtain the patch for the jacket, I can get the jacket anywhere, but I need the patch

I have seen a few people cos-play as people from Second Section, Unforunately, all had to build those emblems by scratch. So, not much I can think of to help, but good luck...
