I think she's from the Manga or something, but does anyone have any background information on her???

She apparently is the 3rd ACROSS girl member they made but didn't include in Excel Saga for some reason. I've had no luck finding out much about why though.

Well for those who care I found out a little about her

That young beauty is named Elgara. She is the third and thus so far most junior lieutenant of Ilpalazzo (she's calls Hyatt, sempai). Out of the three, Elgara is the best trained and has extensive experience in clandestine operations. She likes Menchi as a pet, not as an emergency food supply. She bi-sexual, and will hit on girls when she's drunk (like Excel). She loves Ilpalazzo as much as Excel. Her breasts are the biggest of the three girls. She IS NOT liked by Excel for a lot of reasons mentioned before.

I can see why she wasn't included in the anime. If you read they interview in DVD 3, Shinchiro Watanabe said there were some things they couldn't include in a public television show...

I know, I'm really enjoying the Manga. Even if there is no Nabeshin. It just seems darker that the anime. Oh and I think Elgara will be in the 6th or 7th volume. So we will have to wait a bit longer. And I'm pretty sure that Elgara is also a name of a Hotel.

Hey! It's El-chan! Elgala has extraordinary sword skills, but she goes off on alot of secret missions, you don't see her often.

I think the reason why Elgala isn't in the anime is because it finished before she was added to the manga.
