Yes, even after all this time, I have yet to see Burn up Excess... How shameful, so I have decided to write up some theroies of the eps from the promos and opening.

A malnevolent super computer takes over tokyo tower using various robots during the City Queen pagent. It's main forces consist of Machinical Wasps and large golden female statues.

Some sort of drug ring that is busted by Team Warrior. That tots automatics and rocket launchers. (Nothing Maya can't handle... :p)

Warroir's chief (I forgot the name) get's hypnotised and is corrupted and everything goes to hell after that.

Assinations of officals in a large conspericy and also the use of expermental weapons. Like a Helocoppter

That's all I can think of, for now... I will get the DVDs when I have enough money to buy them all at once...

Well first theory is pretty mucn right, in the first episode Tokyo tower is taken over by terrorists and their robotic wasps. Though the golden female statues appear near the end of the series.

As for the others I forget, its been a while since I watched Burn Up Excess

>>>Just Mechanical Wasps. The Golden Statues are in the finale.

>>Not a drug ring, really, but definately an underground terrorist organization. The identity of it's leader, though, is a bit of a surprise, and it makes the villain rather personal.

Warroir's chief (I forgot the name) get's hypnotised and is corrupted and everything goes to hell after that.

>>No, she just goes through a lot of hell herself, but seh never turns on her team.

Assinations of officals in a large conspericy and also the use of expermental weapons. Like a Helocoppter

>>I don't remember, not prevalent throughout the entirety of the series, but the main villain does have a grudge against a specific group, though that happens in the finale. Also, his plans go far beyond revenge against that one group, so the Conspiracy goes beyond the murder of anyone in particular. The only helicopter of importance I recall was the one used by Team Warrior.

That's all I can think of, for now... I will get the DVDs when I have enough money to buy them all at once...

>>My local Blockbuster Video has all 4 DVD's. I was very happy. They carry a crapload of anime actually.

I just saw this for the first time the other day after I borrowed it from a friend. It wasn't bad, but I thought that it might have finished off the Burn Up W series :( . The jiggle counter sure was different though.
