Sailor Stars...will it ever air on american tv?

does anyone know or think that they will air sailor stars on tv in america...ever? theyve gone so far, i hope they dont stop until the end.

I sincerely doubt it. I mean, look at how much they cut the first season, and they even made Zoicite into a chick. They would never put on a show that featured girls that dress up as guys and then turn back into girls, especially since one of them is in love with another girl. Look what they did to Michiru and Haruka! If it goues on cartoon ntwork they'll sterilize it to death, and I for one would rather not see it if I have to see it all chopped up.

Probably not. There's no way they can explain the Sailor Stars and Seiya and Usagi. Plus, Usagi's naked for most of the last episode. I do wonder about the first episodes of Stars though since it's the end of SuperS. Do y'all think they'll show those episodes and end there?

well, they'll probably edit those scenes out and make up a different story or something..... that's what they usually do. but i hope they'd show sailorstars in american tv, though, it would be better if they leave it as it is.

No, I definitely think they are not going to show it over here. There is too many things that would have to be edited or scrapped. You are probably just better off getting them fansub or finding a place that sales the original Jap eps.

I have thought about the last episode. if they were to release it, whe would probably be all sparkly like when she transforms. Still, i seriously doubt they will release it on tv. I think that the closet they would come is to release it directly to video and DVD.

well, personly i dont like what the american tv is doing with the animes they're showing.... but that doesnt mean im mad at americans. :B:

It's just that Americans see "cartoos = kids" as their philosophy. The same with Novelas (Mexican soaps) they don't get the concept ofa soap that ends after one season, since theirs go on for like 20 years. I think that may be why Mexicans can get the concept of anime better than americans, we can compare anime to novelas. ^_^

Probably not.I mean after all how are they gonna block out the problems like um...um...you know what. After all this show is for age 7 and above. I wish they didn't rate it like that.
