The death of the Minister of Justice, Kashiweda

Now not that much was said about it but The Minister of Justice, Kashiweda was - if I remember correctly - killed in a car crash in episode 3. Now I believe that he was killed because of his reluctance to deploy the TA's into Belgistan. Now I want to know who killed him? Was it Symbol or the Gowa family? I think it was the Gowa family, but I’m not sure. So who killed the Minister of Justice, Kashiweda???

interesting theory. but I believe if anyone, Symbol. Most of the Gowa actions are open book in the anime, excluding what happens before the series timeline.
Or it could have been soneone in the military, eager to test the combat effectiveness of the TA's.
