The last two eps...(Spoilers,of course)

I didn't pay enough attention, cause it seemed altheway just like a light happy shoujo untill things got suddenly wired up in the last moment... Would someone mind telling me what the two persocons in black the last two eps were called? Is there any specifical clue of who built them, if the Chobbits project was so secret? And whatexactly was Chii gonna do if she did activate the program those two were so woried about? One last thing:What was Freya's sister's name again?
I know it's a whole hump of stupid questions, I wouldn't be asking them if I had the series here to just watch them again...

sorry late reply... well the two persocons in black were gov. persocon.. if you payed attention to eilier episoides... it showed that kids sister/persocon hacking into one of them.. the male was the master computer and the female was like his fire wall program... as for the other questions i'm not quite sure.. i'll go watch it again and let you know...

I'm not sure as well about the whole dreaded program, but correct me if I'm wrong but the program might be the one that would somehow install emotions or something, somewhere on the last part something happened to chii and then the eyes of all the other persecoms somehow reacted or something, I think or was that another program within chii?
