Princess Mononoke Music

Does anyone know who made the music for the movie Princess Mononoke? It was so amazing that I actually got chills from listening to it. The music actually made me feel I was in that world. Is there a soundtrack? If anyone knows please reply. Also give me some opinions on what you thought of the music...

Half of the songs are not exactly relaxing music. They are quite suspensefu and really hard to sleep to such as Demon Power.

What really surprised me was that the title song, Mononoke Hime, was actually sung by a man (Yoshikazu Mera). In which case, it is a very unique voice. It remains one of my favourite anime songs, and the lyrics retain the theme of inner beauty choked by hate, anger, fear and sadness. Top marks.
