Hmmm I hope there will come a second season, I hate when they do short series like this when they good, and then wont follow up=/, anyone who knows if there will be a second season maybe???

Well, there are talks of a second season, but the manga is still on-going as of right now. I assuming that it could come somewhere in the near future, maybe late 2004 or when the manga finishes. It's all speculation right now. But to answer you question, yes, their will be a second season, the problem lies in when it will actually take place.

I would love to see a new series of Hellsing. It just finished with unanswered questions. But if I remember correctly it didn't do too well on Japanese TV. But since it screened at 3:00 in the morning that might explain it. But because the Western World loved it so much they might make another series.

But with Anderson, since he lost two things very important to him, what use is he?

i would like to see more. but i just wonder what plot they will follow. i have read most of the manga and it is much better and much differnent then the anime and it explains stuff to some degree like the FREAK chips.

Yeah, I want a new season that explains a lot. Although I doubt there will be a new season. The only thing we can hope for (I think) is a movie.

A movie ? Most definitely not movies are too short a series is much better I have to agree with ace since the manga is still ongoing the hopes for a second season will probably get satisfied.

Yeah. And the fact that a lot of the western fans atleast want a second season might help to persuade the creation of a second season. So vote for the second season with your wallets people!

It seemed patently obvious to me that the creators were going to bring the Priest back into it but just dropped him. Didn't he say something like "I don't have the right equipment to kill you today" or something like that?

yeah i hoped so too i also hoped she would accept her fate and drink some blood, but i also saw a really cool fansub ending were it just showed you her licking the knife(like in the intro) and faded out.
