I think that Fruits Basket is worth buying, and I'm sure most of the people here will agree with me. In fact, I have yet to find a person who truly hates the series.

If you're hesitant about things, you might want to see about borrowing the series from someone if you can. It might also be possible to rent it.

fruba is by far one of my favourite series! My friend showed me the first episode and i just sat there cringing cause id heard all shed said about it but by the first 10 mins i was hooked ^^ and now am an avid fan. Its a great watch! I definitely recommend it. :D

I would absolutely buy the series!

It is a very refreshing 'cutesy' type anime with lots of humour and a great storyline.

mmmm...i like the manga but the actual series...huh. well, i like it but it's like they go outta their way to make things happen that truly didn't. don't get me wrong now! i love the series overall! funny, cute, ~love~...what isn't there to like but then, i'm the kind of person who likes the go by the book approach if you're going to do a film or feature based on a book. sooo...your call.
