Hellsing movie?

I just saw an ad on TV for a new movie called Van Hel(l)sing (not sure if it was Helsing, or Hellsing) staring Hugh Jackman. Anyone else heard of this? Is it a Hellsing movie, or just has a similar name?

The Movie is "Van Hellsing," basicaly Hollywoods take on Integra's great, great, etc... grandfather. In it, Van Hellsing takes on Dracula, a Werewolf and I heard Dr. Frankenstin(sp?)'s Monster. Having him battle so many monsers at once will probably take away from the story sence they can't focus on any one creature, but I'll watch it anyway.

I was watching Hellsing right around the time I saw the trailers for Van Hellsing and it took me a few seconds to make the connection :cool:

lol...yes van helsing- i guess you say that the anime is somewhat loosely based on the story from the book itself, and by book i mean dracula by bram stoker if you wanna get a lil more info about the movie than just the previews read the book. :D

Well it is verrrrrry loosly based on the anime.. u cant really draw definate connections to the anime Hellsing..n the movie "VanHelsing" starin hugh *drools*... lol... if u hav seen "League of Extraordinary Gentleman" that is also connected to "VanHelsing" if u listen carefully enough...
