Neo Tokyo getting the Olympics

How on earth did Neo Tokyo get the Olympics? I mean just look at it. They have a big problem with violence and crime and they have protests left right and center. What, did they do what Utah did for the Winter Olympics. Or was it a symphony vote like New York will be in 2012?

Dunno, Wolfpac. I might have missed it, but perhaps the International Olympic Committee voted for the location before things got really bad.
