Do you think that Excel or Hyatt would really eat Menchi?

While it was a funny joke throughout the series, do you thing that Excel or Hyatt would really eat their Emergency Food Supply - Menchi? Quite a few times the girls were on the brink of starvation where they could have easily had Menchi Steaks, but decided against it. Do you think that the girls saw Menchi more as an Emergency Food Supply or more as a pet?

Excel would most certainly eat Menchi. That dog is quite a good source of protein. I think that should have been put in episode #26, after one of the "Menchi crapping" scenes, before the "sea of blood" scene.

Hyatt might have participated, this would have been nice if they had her die of choking on a bone...

I think that Excel would definatly eat Menchi, but would never get a chance. Hyatt would do it if Excel did, or she was ordered to by IP.
