Whats with the FACTORY and the witches?

The factory (???) was supposed to be the place where they took the witches! Did the series tell exactly what happened to all the Witches that they took there? The green/blue liquid that they used in the hunter's gun what is it made of? Don't tell me its an extract from witches????

And what about those soldiers later in the series are they the witches that was taken in the factory??

But it is; seems the STN staff processes the witches they capture, turning them into that green orbo fluid junk, and that those soldiers may be the reult of it. Strange stuff from the STN, to say the least.

Ok, lemme just figure this out, so the green fluid is the processed witch or the soldiers in all that mask and stuff the witch themselves or perhaps a combination of the two.

IIRC, witches are processed into the green fluid, which can then be used to neutralise magic energy. I can't remember much about the masked dudes, but weren't they synethetic witches or something? Ie, they were injected and every so often the injection would drive the person insane or consume them with the spirit of the witch who is the fluid?
