anyone know any info when the WHOLE DVD SET will come out? about a year from the last episode?

Well, they are still making it so I'd be hesitant to guess as to when the last episode will actually be. Also, they've only just started airing the dubbed version haven't they? The subtitled fansub version is already in the 180 episode region so that's several years worth that they have to catch up on.

Given the sheer number of them there might not be a single collectors set. Some other popular anime series have gone without them.
