Session 00 and Session xx...

Okay this goes out to all the hardcore Bebop fans who want every little thing imaginable with the name Cowboy Bebop attached to it. This, of course, includes me. Anyways I was wondering if anyone has seen Session 00 and Session xx? They would make a really great extra on one of the DVDs but nobody thought to put them on it. I would also like to get copies of these someday so I can watch them again.

Anyways, Session 0 is like an introduction to all the main characters plus there's interviews with the creators and the design team that worked on the show. And even more, there's two Tank! music videos made with clips from the show. The second music video is a remix of the song that is absolutely amazing.

Session xx, is titled "yoseatsume BURU-SU" which is loosely translated to Mish-mash Blues. There's 24 parts featuring voice overs from the main characters on various topics. For example, Spike talks about Bruce Lee and Ed talks about her computer and her life on earth.

Okay, I just found out that Session 00 was released on Laserdisc in Japan so I'm going to try to find it and then get my friend to help me fansub it. As for Session xx, I'm sure someone must have it on tape somewhere so I'll keep looking.

I have the episode for XX as a quicktime, I think it is
around 33MB.. sucky part is the screen is small, but
hey at least you can see what the episode is like.

What you describe, character intros, interviews, and 2 tank music videos for session 0 is on the DVDs. However it is broken up over the first 4 DVDs as extras.

Disc 1 has the character intros and the normal tank music video

Disc 2 has 1/2 of the interviews, annoyingly broken up b/t each person interviewed, with no way to play them back to back.

Disc 3 has the other 1/2 of the interviews set up the same way.

Disc 4 has the tank remix video.

Sadly there is no sign of Session xx. I was just able to see a qt copy thanks to lyricaldanichan, (no dubbing or subbing), and its a real shame no effort was made to include it on the u.s. release, since it seems to give more insight into the characters by allowing them to babble over the clips from the series.

Just wanted to bump this up to ask anybody if they know of any subbed copies of Session 00 or Session xx out there... I've managed to find a copy of Session 00 and the DVD set appears to include most of what is in it but so far I've never been able to find a copy of Session xx that was subbed...

*shrugs* i wish. as that other guy said, parts of session 00 are in the bebop dvd's in the US subbed.

Also, you guys should check out the old threads in this forum... There's lots of interesting posts that don't have many replies... This is because there were only like 4 members posting here when this forum started... So a lot of the questions from the past threads have not been answered yet...

Info. on Session 0 can be found on the english site at cowboybebop .com If they post it on the official site in english, it must be coming here. Who knows. CN may play the clip.

I used to have Session XX, it's just like you described but there is no new footage, it's just clips from other episodes edited together with voice overs by the characters. It was unsubbed though, so I deleted it. I was a bit disappointed by it , I thought it was hentai I was downloading :D

i saw a eng-japanese website that has both o and xx, i was gonna buy it but it thought bandai will eventually release it so i never bought it. sadly, i forgot the website, but i do remember on how i found it, i went to a search engine which i cant remember what and search for japanese laserdiscs
