Just watched the latest One Piece movie, being number 7.
Not a bad movie I guess, paper thing plot about the crew winding up on an island looking for treasure but ending up fighting some fellow who has plans of taking over the world by means of a giant turtle? Well it has that silly One Piece humour, but boy were the villians weak or what. Not much action in terms of fights in this movie, the guys pretty much deal with the villians in a few mighty blows and that's that for them. But I do admit seeing Luffy's gear 2 in it's early forms animated was very cool.
Speaking of the the new characters. Now that old lady reminded me of that ramen cook out in the early mid parts of the Water 7 acr with that odd looking face, also that general Maji looks like someone out of Skypeia.
