Well, seeing as how there's lots of story lines where he puts on girl's undies and girl's bathing suits and no one ever says anything about things showing, I think that yes, it's a "full" transformation.

Plus, there are some times when he turn back to boy while in girls clothes and people get all grossed out beacue "stuff" is very apparent.

I like that. ^_^ It's pretty clear that the teachers are a little fruity themselves too, dressed up as some sort of freaky clown and a big godzilla thing, so of course they admire his "transvestite skills."

Oh, one more thing I though of, in the manga at leat, the first time Ranma fights Mousse, he ends up totally naked in girl form, and some of the people watching, who think it's a costume, make comments as to the fact, he did "the whole thing" meaning, he was totally female.

An excellent point. And it's true too, because when P-chan first appearns, ranma is able to tell that Ryoga is a male pig, so he must be "all pig"
