Is El Hazard getting continued?

Hey so does anyone know if El Hazard is ever going to get continued?

As its a great series that I'd love to see more of.

Probably not, since this has already been extended multiple times a decade ago.

There was an OAV series that came out after the original. Nothing has been planned since then.

There was quite a bit of stuff
* OVA, OVA2
* Magnificent World TV (late night TV)
* Wanderers TV (re-write geared to a younger audience)

I do remember some of the producers of the series saying they were considering a new series, but since it's been 2 years, I guess not.
