Banner of the Stars OAV

Okay so I totally love COTS. And basically burned through COTS, Banner of the Stars and Banner of the Stars II. But, I read somewhere that there was apparently an OAV that continued the Banner of the Stars storyline released in Japan.

Does anyone know anything about it?

That would be Seikai no Senki III (Banner of the Stars III). A two episode continuation that is a loose adaptation of the Banner of the Stars III Novel. All of the series is based on a series of novels (Crest of the Stars was 3 novels, the Seikai, or Banner, series, is up to 4 in Japan so far, but the fourth book hasn't been adapted into anime).

There has been no word about it being licensed for American distribution yet.
