Dude, even without having seen what you're talking about. There is no way Sasuke will die this early. Not even in the manga. A major spoiler like that would probably need manga & anime release to be simultaneous. Unless the makers once more show their contempt for anime fans and give it to the manga jerks first.

He's talking about the fan translated manga which comes out soon after the official Japanese manga (ie. it gets scanned then translated).

You'll find out next chapter, all we can do now is speculate who is in that butt ugly second from Sasuke body at the moment.

This is what I think:

- Sasuke managed to fend off Orochimaru and leaves, Orochimaru half dead has no other choice but to enter the body of that glasses guy (name escapes me).

OR

- Orochimaru succeeds and enters Sasuke's body, later on in the manga there will invent some silly new jutsu or seal which will be able to force Orochimaru out of Sasuke's body with out harming Sasuke.

It's too early for both of any one of those two to die off.

EDIT: There are some spoiler summaries and scans out for the next chapter (354), the final page of that chapter ends with the glasses guy asking Sasuke "who are you?" (ala is it Sasuke or is it Orochimaru in Sasuke's body). It seemed that it was all Orochimaru's plan to have Sasuke attack him so he could perform the ritual .., well it seems we won't know this coming chapter what the actual outcome is.

I belive this also. If his sharrigan can force the Kyubi back into its seal, it can force Oro out of his body!
