Sasami is the best huh!! one of my favourite characters ever. Most female characters these days seem to have big breasts, skimpy outfits and yeh.. Sasami in her full outfit with a cabbit on her head and them kawaii as kawaii can be bangs, is just the best!! and she's so good natured :-)

When I went to Sydney I wanted a poster of her, but it was one of her in this skimpy little skirt, so I didn't get it. there was a cabbit doll for $40..but I didn't want that either. *sigh* so I got a book on drawing manga..which turned out to have nothing but females in their underwear inside..I fully think is was a cheap fanservice type thing. cos like, the section titled 'Getting Dressed: Shoes and Socks' it just has 2 things. (and yes the female is in underwear..) the first is a section talking about the way the female's butt sinks into the bed when she's putting on her shoes, and the other is a drawing of them tube sock things.

I was so annoyed, but ah well...

this is exactly the sorta thing I was bitching about. Why is it neccesary for artists to put her in a skirt that short? are they trying to make it skimpy or something? grrrr I hate them people, she looks much better in a shot like http://ath.myeva.net/sasami4.htm cos she has the full traditional costume on and it looks kawaii!!
