have you watched any of it? which set have you watched? the old bubblegum crisis, or bubblegum crisis 2040?

The advice I would give is if you wish to watch either of the BGC series, then watch BGC 2040 as IMO it has a better storyline than that of BGC.

ok u want the story line? well i'll fill u in but i ain't gonna give a good bit seeming i have seen volumes 1-10 episodes 1-22.

Priss agasiri=Band singer of serkira.
Linna= new comer to toyko and kinght sabers
Nene= Ad police terminal worker
Cylia Stingray= Owner of Silky doll

In toyko there are organic robots called Boomers and there amore advanced ones called Voomers, Voomers and Boomers are to make the human life much easyer but for some reason which i ain't gonna tell you is they go rouge (out of control and try to kill everything in sight) and able to fuse together with any common metal or even building, the Knight Saber are a group of people wearing specialised HARDsuits Priss, Nene and Clyia. Clyia the very moody lady created the knight sabers because of a reason which u have to watch to find out and linna wants to join but she can't find em she come to toyko gets a job and ....................................................... .well now your gonna have to hire the first volume from your video shop to find out what happens next and trust me if you find it boring which you probably won't at the start do worry it gets better further in the series;) have fun watching Bubblegum Crisis Toyko 2040

I like action, but I like plot and character development just as much. I like smooth animation, but will sacrifice it for anything that watchable. I don't care about dubbs or subbs. Which BCG should I start out with?

hey if i was you id start with 2040 cause its just better animation and violence while orignal bgc is well its older anime and nowhere near as much death and violence
