This may contain a spoiler, so please just read it if you've already watched all the episodes of Ghost in the Shell Stand Alone Complex 2nd Gig.
Does anyone know who is the man with glasses, that appears almost at the end of the 26 episode? He is one of the man that is with Gouda and after Kusanagi kills Gouda, Batou turns his head left and looks at that man with glasses. Then Aramaki says something like: "where you involved in this from the beginning?".
I want to know who that man is, because I think I've seen him before, but can't remember.
