Holiday's are somewhat of a tough proposition for manga and anime companies as there's so little product actually aimed at it in earnest. There's the occasional episode of a series or a chapter in a manga that has some, but finding things that fit within a theme are pretty rare. The main exception to the rule is the "holiday" of Halloween where it's all about ghosts...
