Yeah, there's saber marionette J to X, but i've only seen a couple of episodes of it. I think it takes place well after J again. Of course if you're really dedicated there's also the drama CD's (I believe that's how it started).

I seriously love SMJ (going to re-watch it soon) and SMR was cool in how it used the world and characters in a much darker way. Good fun...

Saber Marionette is one of the best anime series of all time. it should be watched by every anime fan. i own every series that has been released so far. i have heard that J to X is really bad though.

i just finished smj last night! oh my god it was sooooo good. i cryed when lime was saying good bye to otaru. and how he was like "i never told them i love them, not even once" :( but it had a happy ending.

Isn't it just a kick ass ending, I mean in the last 2 episodes there are at least 2 plot twists and their all so unexpected that it keeps your ass glued to the chair and your eyes to the Tv. SMJ has to be one of my favorite animes of all time, after evangelion and escaflowne.
