Anyone have the BGC Mega-pack?

I heard that it has a bunch of things wrong with it like delayed subtitles (by 1-3 seconds) and sound problems on the Japanese soundtrack. I was wondering if this was true. If any of you guys have it, have you noticed any of these things? Thanx.

Yeah, I've got the BGC Mega Pack, and yes, the subtitles are delayed on it. Didn't notice much difference on the Japanese soundtrack, but what annoyed me was the fact that the music videoes that were on the DVD's were not the Hurricane Live shows that I was expecting. Also, the packaging sucks!!!! The 3 DVD's come in CD cases with no pictures, which are in turn placed in side a cardboard "PC game" type box. The price wasn't too bad, but I was expecting it to be better packaged. :)

I have it too and the probs aren't that bad, I never really noticed the subs to be hideously out of time and I only watch it subbed. I have the original 3 disc version, I got it over a year ago.

It think depends on where you're based.., I originally paid about UK£110 for the original series on VHS tape in the early 1990's in the UK, whereas the DVD MegaPack only cost me UK£40 (including shipping) fron the US. I like the series very much, so yeah, I think it's worth the money..., :B:

Yup its worth it so long as you like the ORIGINAL series, its not 2040. Remember that a lot of ppl have made that mistake
