What about the way Frieza got rid of Vegeta. The their was the kick Goku down on Frieza and the way he blocked all his shots at him. The battle is about to start. Can't wait to see Gokus full power unleashed on Frieza. Let the party begin.

If Vegeta had his tail dammit why didn't it grow back! he would of bitch smacked that little weakling frieza up also if he had a bit of anger he would of turned super saiy-jin
because goku's base power was 300,000 and i dont think the kaio-ken would of helped even tho it got his power of 6,000,000 its a little power up its not his actual power so if vegeta went super saiyjin his power would be way stronger than Goku's probly 25,000,000 and remember vegeta's base power was 1 million 3 times more than goku's base and just a bit more.

its true after the krillen blast his base power was 1 million this is straight from Toei himself he gave all the powers till the end of the frieza saga + vegeta would of killed frieza befor his last form but hey after he goes super saiy-jin he lays the smacket down

Well, actually, Toei is just a greedy company that hacked Dragonball to create Dragonball GT. ^_^;;
Now, Akira Toriyama on the other hand, he'd be the creator of Dragonball (the manga, which was always called Dragonball). And it is true that Toriyama-sama did give the powerlevels of everyone up to the Freeza saga's end in a magazine (any ideas which one?), but I don't remember Vegita's base powerlevel being 1 million (Note: base powerlevel would be the person's powerlevel without charging their ki). And even with a powerlevel of 1,000,000 (which I guess he might have had, he is Vegita-ouji, afterall), he still couldn't have taken on Freeza's third form, as Freeza wasn't using the full power of that form.

for sure his power level was 500,000 when fighting frieza in his first form they were going tit for tat actually to think about it vegeta could of gone super saiyjin at that stage to since goku's was 300,000 but anyway after krillen nearly killed Vegeta his power dramitically rised since he was brought from the brink of death and then he was fully healed by dende and we all know the nearer they are to death the more stronger they get so his power doubled and it is true its straight from a magazine and the power level readings are on all websites why don't u have a look i know 1 is planetnamek but anyway you'll see guys

Yup, so many websites list the powerlevels. And so many are wrong. While I'll agree that Planet Namek has very accurate powerlevels, descriptions, etc. . .well, I'll get to that soon.

But before that. Never insult Toriyama-sama like that. I mean. . .thinking that the guys name was Toei and that [Toei] made the series. And then saying that you 'couldn't be bothered to say his whole name (as it was) is really quite. . .rude, I must say. :(

Well, anyways, back to powerlevels. I checked Planet Namek just now, and they don't say that Vegita's base powerlevel was 1,000,000, rather, they say that his powerlevel was 300,000 against 3rd form Freeza, and that was a guestimate.

What else. . .um. . .I know. I don't really think that a Saiya-jin's powerlevel would actually double from being in a near-death experience and then being fully healed. As, if it did, then that would create really big problems and plot holes later in Dragonball.

One last thing, I suppose. Vegita most probably could have gone Super Saiya-jin, but he needed to get mad. His calm attitude wouldn't really allow him to go Super Saiya-jin (and that would defeat the 'Goku or Gohan always wins' rule of later Dragonball).

his power level was very near to 1 million tho witch means he could of gone super saiy-jin but remember frieza's first form's power level was 530,000 and thats true cause he said that and Vegita and Frieza were equal then when krillen hurt him it would be near to a million but the main point of this is could he f gone super saiy-jin i really don't know if the kaio ken technique would of helped goku and remember Goku's power was 180,000 when fihting Captain Ginyu and he added a bit to it so his powers 300,000 then kaio ken X10 he was 3 million kaio ken X 20 was 6 million ut its all about if kaion ken would help him go super saiyjin probly

As far as I can gather a saiyjin can only go super saiyjin :ssj: when they express pure rage, which is what Goku does, this isn't done by Vegeta until later in the series when he himself expresses pure rage on how others have gone super saiyjin :ssj: and not himself. I doubt power level really matters.

Well Vegita and 1st form freeza weren't exactly even. notice when Vegita gets winded?(c/o Planet Namek) Now to be even with 1st form Freeza his PL would have had to take quite a jump already (I believe the last scouter reading had him at 24,000+ 0_o) and then to be 1mill+ Kulilin's blast would have had to double-triple his power. I think not.

But I digress. Vegita IS a complete and utter legend :D his PL just wouldn't be 1mill+ and this is an outrageously trivial argument so i'm going to shut up now. :sleep:

Ok, so Goku went Super Saiya-jin because of the rage he felt from seeing Kulilen die. That'd be fact, and the fact that he knew (though he was wrong) that Kulilen couldn't be resurected because he had already died once before. That's be more fact.

Well, anyways, Vegita wasn't mad when he found out Freeza had destroyed his planet. Actually, he didn't express any emotion when he found out Planet Vegita had 'been destroyed by comets' (last bit of the Bardock Special). The most he was angry for was at being Freeza's 'prisoner' all his life (even though he didn't know he was). And even then, he (tried) to remain calm when he fought Freeza's final form.

K, last part. I don't think powerlevels really matter for going Super Saiya-jin, and I'll take the example of Goten. How high do you think his powerlevel was as a kid ^_^;;
And he went Super Saiya-jin at the youngest age (I believe it was 7, can't remember). Do you really think his powerlevel was in the millions (or even thousands)? I'd believe that he probably first went Super Saiya-jin because of a little 'temper tantrum' or something similar. Just my guess though.

well actually it would be pretty high. remember the "rock trial" that Gohan does with Goten just before Goten goes SSJ for the first time? Each successive generation supposedly gets a lot stronger

Naw, the Vegitto and Majin Vegita sagas are the best (if you count em as sagas, not just Buu saga). ^_^;;
My opinion, of course.
And, I don't really think that Goten could take on Freeza (about a year younger, before he learns to fly, shoot ki, etc). He'd still be incredibly strong, but I just don't think he could, since he does get a lot stronger with Gohan's 'training.'

Well the way I see it Goten, Chibi Trunks, Chibi Gohan and Pan (and all the other second generation saiyajin) have a "raw power" much greater than they're predecessors. It's because of that that IMO Goten and Trunks could turn SSJ so easily. they just suck in combat because they haven't had the training that they're elders have had. *phew*

hey how come in the trunks special it took him a while to go ssj with Gohans i think about 17 help but in the series "as Chibi trunks not Mirai"he was only 8 was this cause Goku was alive and all the rest?

I don't think Mirai trunks ever figured it was possible for him. wheras Chibi trunks just sorta went "I think i'll try turning SSJ" and BANG he does it.


If that doesn't satisfy you consider this - It made for a better story ^_^ And besides, toriyama hadn't planned the manga in advance and back when the basic premice for the trunks special was first written (as a little side story in one of the manga) Trunks was only the second (third?) person to turn SSJ, and back then it was assumed that one had to get pissed off to turn SSJ. Confused yes?

Nah he probly went "MUM I WANT MY DINNER" and CHI CHI said "your'e not having any" and he went "WHAT YOU BITCH AHHHHHHHHHHHHH" then Goten transformed :ssj: :ssj: :ssj: into a legendary Super Saiyjin then he fused with his Friend Trunks to make Gotenks and gave his mum a Super Ghost Kamikaze and she died
