I think the Hide plushies are cute, even if he is dead...X-japan's merchandising machine still moves on like a juggernaut.
Their music is a bit too RAWK for me though...I prefer j-pop and some of the other milder visual bands.
i thought toshi was cool, until he joined that cult. now he's horrible.

X 1999!?!?!?!? That is old!!!! But still great! In fact, I am listening to them now. How cool is that? Not so cool néh...tough crowd. Oh well. I still like them, lots of my friends still love them.
X-1999 is the anime. X-Japan is the band. they did one song for X-1999 the anime. yes, they are old, but their ballads are still so romantic and sweet. Yoshiki is still sexy.

I am such a big fan of X-Japan.I even tried to go to one of their concerts.
these are my favorite songs by them:
Forever Love [Last Mix]
Beautiful ballad It's alittle depressing.. but who cares about that. This is, in my opinion atleast.. the most beautiful song of all time. I choose to use the last version of the song. I don't know why.. i think it's just my favorite of them all. The original version was used in X: The Movie during the credits.
Crucify My Love
Beautiful song by X-Japan, and it's even in english. Like most of their ballads, this song is a little depressing. but that's not really important. It's still a great song to listen to when you want something slow.
Endless Rain
One of my favorite songs by the band... it's jsut so beautiful... very sad tho... I always take this song with me and play it on an endless loop whenever I go out in the rain.. (which is pretty much every time it rains.. I lvoe the rain..)
X
The bands title song.. and probably their best known. If you get a chance to see and of their concert video's, pay close attention to this one, it's my favorite song to see performed live. Just the way that they get the crowd into it.I also like the X2 music video that goes with it.
Silent Jealousy - Live
Live X... does it get any better this this? Well.. yeah.. i suppose it could get better, but it's not easy. One of my favorite songs from the band.
Say Anything
The last song.. performed by their audience at the only concert of theirs I've had the furtune of witnessing.... This song... is very hard to describe. it's a song that has touched em so deeply in the past that it's brought me to tears, and still does many times when I listen to it. I said before that Forever Love was my favorite.... but I was wrong... This is it, without question. It'd just been too long since i listened to it last. A song that is a must for any X-Japan fan.
I'll Kill You
The name says it all! Violence song. Song about betrayal and killing ^_^ Wheee. GREAT fast song!!
Sadistic Desire
Another great song.
Desperate Angel: Classic X song, I love it. Fast, strong beat.
Celebration
This isn't really my favorite.. infact.. it's not even close to it. But I figured that since it's one of their better known one sI may as well add it too.
Kurenai
Fast song.. in english.. I love this song, I love the japanese version more though.
Weekend - Live
Another live. Weekend is probably one of their most addicting songs. Atleast to me it is.
see you space cowboys.

hey jordan, glad to hear there are still fans out there after they have broken up.
u went to their concert?! when?! where?!
i went to their "The Last Live" concert at the Tokyo Dome on my birthday in 1997. i cried at the end cuz it was the end of such a great band with such great talent. It was the end of a legend. :bawling: i cry just remembering them in tears too as we sang to their lyrics.
