I just finished watching the first 8 eps of vandread. From what I have seen I have to say that it kicks @$$ and I love it. I'd recomend to anyone who watches fansubs to get this show!

Its set in space when Men and Women have become 2 different races. The series starts when a Female pirate ship atacks a Male ship. 3 of the men aboard get stuck on the female ship.

There are some comical scenes about the opposite sexes finding out about each other.

IT has really well animated fight scenes, especially when the female crafts combine with the male ones :)

The last few words that the captain says sorta opens it up for more series and OVA's ect :)

Oi oi...That is also a great animé. Damn I am missing too much stuff. I have to keep up with things here don't I? I guess I am getting old. The comedy is great of course.
