is it true that Sailor Uranus was like a girl but because or some lesbian scene the western censors make her a guy? something along those lines. Did something like that happen?

what lesbian part??? i saw all 200 eps, except ep 89, they did not show that one, and there was no lesbian part at all.
so when they made haruka michirus cousin, they must have kicked the ep where they met for the first time, right?

Actually there are a lot of lesbian parts... For example, I forgot which episode, but when Uranus and Neptune were dying they said some things that obviously tells you that they are lesbians. There are a lot more scenes too.

Okay but can someone tell me, does Uranus look like a guys, or something because my friend seems fairly certain that she is a guy, I have to sort this out.

i think you mean the endong of sailorstars when uranus and neptune went to the dark side. neptune said something like, she's rather go to hell just to with uranus or something. i cant remember exactly and there was the part when they were dying (sailorstars) and they struggled to hold hands before they die. and whole lot more lesbian parts...... which we didnt get to see in CN.

yup, uranus absolutely looked like a guy when she's wearing her usual guy clothes, but she looks feminine when she wears dresses (which she dis in the manga a number of times). but.... there's no doubt about it, she's a girl, a woman.

Well, actually, it's not really a matter of Japanese culture, becaus egayness is not really "accepted" in Japan either. It's more that in Japan, no one really cares, but Gay people aren't really openly out bery often. It's more that Americans dont want their children "exposed to alternative lifestyles" or some ---- like that.
