All the online sites that carry have been out for a long time.
I was under the impression that Pioneer was not putting Tenchi OAV on dvd as they were still tring to sell lazer disks.
hmm, im misinformed (again)

Well, either AnimeNation or Express (both are http://www.nameofplace.com) said that they were expecting shipments sometime in the eighth month (well, it was more exact, but I can't remember) of this year.

ATh, the DVD boxed set has beena around for ages. I've bneen after it for a while. but $250 Australian is a bit too much for me in one hit. I think that Pioneer has realised that laserdisc is not too popular any more, I mean hell outside Asia they were really rare, so to couple a fringe medium with a fringe audience (anime) you get poor sales. Pioneer has really leapt on the bandwagon with DVD releasing shows like Trigun, El Hazard: Alt World etc. and this is a waay off topic post. But yeah I want the OAVs, I like them more than Universe (which I have Vol 1. of), I'd check out your local Anime shop though, I see them in Shops and I live in Australia so they must be around in the states.
As cool as Tenchi is, $250 is too much for a cheap bum like me to spend on a humurous anime series. The only series i'd buy in a nice box set are:
-Evangelion
-Astro Boy
-TechnoMan(Tekkaman)
I might be forgetting something...
