Upgraded to vBulletin 3.0.12 + moved servers

Yup Animeboards.com forum software has been upgraded to vBulletin v3.0.12.

More importantly, I've decided to move Animeboards.com back to a server of our own rather than have it hosted and co-residing with Disboards.com (who have sponsored our web hosting since April, 2004 - around 1yr 8+ months).

The server we are now on cost ~AUD$260/month and is:

Pentium D 2.8ghz dual core
1GB DDR2 memory
2x 200GB SATA hdds
1200GB/month bandwidth

This new server should be fine for AB now that traffic and activity is down compared to our peak periods in the past.

This should help with the 'server busy' messages you folks were getting due to Disboards.com growing at a rate of 10x faster than Animeboards.com, sharing the Disboards.com server is no longer an option.

Some changes:
- thread view and attachment view update counters are now deferred rather than updated in real time (less load on server)
- users displayed browsing a thread is disabled

I'll be doing further changes on the forums, add new anime forums, archive old anime forums etc.

If there's any bugs or errors on the forums or any suggestions please let me know :)
