Arrow Is Gravitation any good?

I found a website that had Gravitation fansubbed and I was wondering if it was any good. I read a little about it on the internet, but can someone tell me some more? Is it really ecchi or just a drama?

well, it's more of a comedy actually, and i liked it. it has a somewhat different pace (you'll see in the end of the second episode), but it's fun, somewhat sad and not overly ecchi.

Excel Saga is faster paced and stranger than almost any other anime out there. There really isn't anything else similar, but plenty of comedies are at least that funny. Gravitation is pretty funny, but it has its dramatic moments, too. Quick check: you do know this is a shonen-ai series, yes? Not a good thing to spring on someone. One thing that I have no qualms vouching for however, is the music. I bought a CD based the two episodes I've seen.

Yeah..I know that! Thats the first thing I learned about it...

I just don't wanna get something thats really ecchi. Some people say it isnt and some people say it is, and I don't know what to think.

It's a very good anime and love story. And also contains a good deal of humor. Especially with the mispronunciation jokes and Mr K who uses random English phrases.

It is shonen-ai so if homosexuality offends you, you probably won't want to see this. There is nothing bad in it however... a couple hints at it and kissing is about it. The OVA is a little more explicit however (still nothing bad though).

the show was aired at 6 in the evening i believe, so nothing ecchi about it, 12 years old (open minded) kids can watch it, it's pretty funny, but not in an excel saga kind of way, it's...kewl funny

Honestly, you'd have to be either extremely prudish or homophobic to view the TV series as ecchi.

The OVA isn't even that bad, as the only remotely questionable scene is a short dream sequence that ends up being played for laughs anyway.

One thing I really enoyed about Gravitation was the seiyuu. Lots of big names here, and all of them are absolutely stellar. Koyasu Takehito in particular puts on one of his best (and most against type) performances as Sakano, the ultra-neurotic producer.
