Uhh? lina inverse? all she ever did with flame are fireballs and a spell that's basicaly a multitude of fireballs (anyone can remember the exact name?), and the dragon-slave.
and those aren't all that powerfull compared to what msot people seem to name. And you can'yt really count her ragna blade either, as it is pue black energy

As far as the dragon slave goes, it's good, but i've seen hikaru do better with both control and power. Also, to finish, i think being able to revive your dead friends as your flame as kurei does really is one of the coolest things i've ever seen in an anime
