I remember a while ago, I had an argument with a friend who claimed to have seen such vending machines in japan (he lives there now) ... and at first I was absolutely aghast at the idea and could not believe it - then he sent me some digital pics to prove the point.
Ewwwwwww ... I feel ill just thinking that my parent culture seems to promote a bizarre form of closet perversion that manifests in such things as

it should read

Sure it is womens underwear but not always worn by a woman
