Hooray... I finally get my own copy
Tomorrow I head off into town to see if my local anime store has Nadesico vol. 1 & 2 tapes in... if they do, I shall be most pleased.
of course, all my friends will also be after the tapes as soon as I get them, so I'll have to watch them quickly...
