Cluster Ep 13
Narrator: Last episode, it was a race against time to reach the central tower, where the ceremony was taking place, and it was a rac the resistance lost!. As the memory cells were being taken from the lizards, the high priest filled in some final facts, and then the big evil appeared, seeing nothing but a dark cloak and glowing eyes, Magnus wondered? Is this going to be his final fight, find out now!
Cluster Ep 13: His divinity/Lizard Unleashed
His Divine Shadow took one step off the podium he rematerialized on, and everyone moved one step back, even the lizards were scared of what he was capable of. Drawing in a breath, he said,with disdain.
"So, this is where evil will continue again, this planet even smells pathetic." That's when he noticed the lizard auras, and turned his head slightly to look at the merges, who were all slightly nervous.Again, he didn't look overjoyed with them.
"These are the merges? They don't look anything to write home about, well as long as they bow before me i don't care!"
Magnus looked angry, Magnus looked pissed, and what His Divinity just said threw him over the edge.Forgetting all nervousness, he stepped up to him.
"I bow down to no-one, especially not some big bastard in black!". His shadow, surprised that someone stood up to him,was taken back a bit, but then laughed out loud, and even his laugh could cause someone to wet themselves.
He pointed straight at Magnus. "You, little lizard, you think you have what it takes to beat me? To..fry my brain?"
Magnus stared right back at him "Well, considering your brains are in your ass, it might not be that difficult!"
His Pissed off Shadow yelled. "RIGHT! If you think you're so tough take your best shot, it's a freebie!" he added, chuckling to himself.

Magnus concentrated, thinking through all possible scenarios and outcomes, like a living supercomputer, he finally came up with the perfect one.
"okay, big man, you think you're a toughie, well try to dodge this!"
Magnus yelled, running straight at him, before faking left, rinning right, spinning around so he was face to upper torso with the big guy and jumping right up, he slid out Iron Spike and it was heading straight for the brain.
Suddenly though, the energy inside the room grew incredibly forceful, and the completely unfased Shadow whispered "nice try"
before Iron Spike slid back into Magnus's hand, and Magnus was flung into the far wall with a crunch,sliding down to the floor.
Laughing again, the sarcastic Shadow yelled out.
"AWWW! You almost had me there, lizard! what's the matter, breeze too strong for you or something?"
Suddenly, he pointed at Cthon and said "You, I want some entertainment, so kill that one for me, would you?" moving his finger to point at Magnus.
Cthon grinned just as evilly as Shadow would have been, advancing towards the lizard who was still slumped into the wall,unconcious.
As he made it up to Magnus's body, he said. "I've been waiting a long time for this,Magnus!" At that, His Shadow was surprised.
/Magnus,but I told them to....this may be a lot more interesting than I thought/
Cthon slid out his own Iron Spike, and slid it towards Magnus...
..until Magnus grabbed his arm. "If you've been waiting so long" he said "why not make it interesting?" Throwing Cthon back slightly and then psi-pushing him to the the ground.
Cthon got up and charged at Magnus, who half-somersaulted backwards onto the wall, before leaping over Cthons head, spinning around and using his own iron Spike to block another attack. Cartwheeling to get some distance, MAgnus then threw a fireball at Cthon, who managed to move his head in time to miss it. Cthon then kept continually psi-pushing Magnus to the ground, to get closer. This kept until Magnus returned the psi-push, hoping to get some distance, and incredibly, this one didn't even push Cthon back.
Cthon grinned. "you don't get me like that again,brother!."
Magnus thought/strong...he's too strong/
What had been a battle, was now a battle for survival.

Magnus rolled out of the way of a fireball, then was knocked down by another psi-push. Getting up, he charged at Cthon, loosing off a fireball, which was dodged, and sliding out Iron Spike again, which was blocked by both of Cthons Spikes.
Cthon then started a massave amount of attacks with his Spikes, which Magnus could only try to dodge. on the last one, Magnus thrusted his spike,throwing off Cthon's one,but the Cthon grabbed his arm WHILE HE STILL HAD HIS SPIKE OUT! Magnus screamed in pain.
Cthon grinned again. "I'd say...this is OVER!" He yelled, as he thrust the other spike through Magnus's stomach. "but I want to see you die quick" Cthon added as he pushed Magnus off the spikes, and left him on the floor, bleeding.
Surveying his handiwork, Cthon stepped back, as Kelly and Greg ran up to the dying lizard. Magnus told Greg to come closer, and he whispered into his ear.
"G..Greg,listen. The..there is something in....in my mind, and only mine."
Greg whispered back. "what are you saying, Magnus?"
His voice was getting weak but he still struggled it out. I can heal my body, I...I learnt about it just now...when all my thoughts went into my eyes, and i saw everything. Yo..you'd better leave! G...get her ou..out of here!
Greg looked shocked." What did you say?"
THe next time MAgnus said something, it was more...inhuman.
"Get her out of here!" At this, greg decided they should go, grabbed Kelly and ran off.
Magnus struggled up, and crouched, struggling, he managed to say. "Cthon, guess what? I'm nto...through...AAAHHH"
Magnus started screaming an inhuman scream, as his body began to dissapear, Magnus could feel another one coming into being, his merge body became recessive as another one became dominant, his mind was pushed back as another one barged forward.
Evryone who was in the room looked forward, and Cthulu ran up to his Shadow, looking anxious.
"Sir, I think we better leave." The shadow looked at the changing Magnus,and said. "Not yet, I know what's happening, and it's going to be fun!"
Then Magnus's body dissapeared, and was replaced by a new mind and body, this one was big, brown scaly "armour" coated it, it's head was grotesque, black beady eyes, and a mouth full of teeth, four razor sharp mandible sliding down from each corner, the "incisors"
Cthon was scared, he ran back. "What is that?"
Hiis shadow looked on in excitement. "That...is a true Cluster Lizard"
Cthon turned around. "SAY WHAT?"
He turned back, and saw a massive claw coming towards him, he dodged just in time to have his arm, and part of his leg sliced off, and his head grazed.
/that's enough for me/Cthon thought, and he ran straight for a wall, slamming through it, and managing to create the psychic "stop" before he hit the ground. He escaped into the desert.
The lizard that was Magnus turned for the two figure standing near the pedestal, and charged for them, his mandibles moving like crazy. Just before he reached them though, Cthulu used a psychic teleporter of sorts, and they both dissapeared.
Magnus was so angry, that he charged all the particles and energy around him into his body, while the poor high priest, who was too scared to even move, looked on and realised his number was up.

"GO GO GO! WE gotta move!" Greg yelled at everyone to get in the jeeps and drive away, quickly. As the first jeeps were moving out, Kelly wondered what was happening up there, that's when they all saw it.
There were so many particles converging on the one area, the tower was glowing at the top.
"oh my god! what's he doing?"
There was a moment of silence as no-one dared make a sound, then a Giant beam of blue light flew from the roof of the tower, and split the heavens.
"EVERYONE GO FASTER!" Kelly yelled as the beam became a half-sphere, and expanded outwards.
Inside, the high-priest only got a second to see how beautiful it looked, before he was melted to a blob by it's energy.
Outside, everyone had stopped to look at it from a safe distance, but it didn't look like stopping. Shedding tears, Kelly got out of her jeep and ran towards it. Ignoring anything said to her, she ran to the edge of the expanding sphere and yelled out at the top of her voice.
"MAGNUS!!"
She expected the sphere to keep going, swallow her, but it didn't, and at this range it looked even more beautiful, and had no heat in it at all.
She smiled, and realised it would all be okay.

/Oh god, I could have killed her/ With these thoughts, The lizard disspaeared, and MAgnus pushed his way back into the world again, healed and unhurt, standin on the only piece of tower not to be utterly destroyed, the epicentre of the blast.
Slowly, he sat down on the tall cylinder that was all that remained of the temple. He began to think.
/I can't face them yet, not after all of this.I'm not strong enough to protect them anymore. I have to get better if i'm to stand a chance/
With that, he jumped off the "tower" and wandered off into the desert to train.

His Shadow, and Cthulu were sitting in the president's room of HDT, and were discussing the turn of events.
"You should be lucky he didn't use psi-fire, can burn flesh clean off, that's why merges can't use it."
"Well, we escaped, that's the main thing!."
"Indeed, how are the preparations going for the summoning tower?"
"Excellently, you highness, we've pinpointed the exact place it needs to go."
"Good, the wheels have begun to turn, start building. The end will soon be near."
Narrator: Things are getting out of hand now, but will Magnus get strong enough in the few months he's got to do The Training? Let's hope so. Good Luck Magnus, be sure to read the next episode.
