Heres another picture I did. I like the way she turned out (she kinda resembles me, so it's sorta a self potrait, just not.) I know shoulders are too far forward. C&C please! ^.^

i luv it!! it's great. .. I don't really have any C&C... cept that something about the left [right to us] side of her face bugs me. 0_o can't put my finger on it though. keep it up!! good job!!!
oh, about the shoulders... she could be hunched forward. Remember, the biggest rule to sucess: If you mess up, make it look like you did it on purpose.

Cool.  Just a bit scratchy on the the line art. maybe you can fix up the eyebrows a little. they seem small and out of place.

Here're some C&C;
It's probably but I think her nose looks a bit weird. Further more her left eye (right to us) doesn't look right either, I think the eye is a bit too small and too much to the outside of her face, her eyes needs to be closer to the nose. 
But other than that you did a pretty nice job, keep up the good work eh!!!!

The only critizism I got's 'bout the shoulders you mentioned yourself, and the eyes.. they kinda seem wrongly placed, I'd move them both a little more to our left.
