The moon shone brightly on the cobbled stones of the Barrows Manor, as young Tsutami Uta began to see the first hint of outside. She kept running, exhausted but determined. The young girl had lost and gained so much this night. She had lost everybody dear to her, but gained knowledge. Knowledge on her father, on what happened to him, and knowledge that some people on this planet should never have been born. Bobby Barrows was one of them.
Small, ugly and homacidal was the best way to describe Bobby, and Dan his brother. At least Dan was dead now, and hopefully so will Bobby by this night's end.
Uta raced for the ladder that she saw embedded into the western wall, the shouts of the boy's mother, Mary Barrows, and the terrifying metal upon metal noise that signified Scissorman was close. She grabbed rung after rung, not caring where it led to, just wanting an escape, until she noticed just where it was she was climbing.
A giant clock was built into the northern wall, it had stopped at 1 minute to twelve and had been for some while. Uta didn't see that, all she saw was that she was trapped and then all she felt was Mary grab her leg.
"You are such... a naughty girl, Tsutami! You deserve to die for killing my poor Daniel" Mary yelled across the rain, Tsutami didn't care what she said,she had heard it all before anyway. Twisting her leg around, she pushed down with all her might on Mary's head,dislodging her and sending her to her doom in the sea surrounding the desolate mansion.
Without even stopping for breath, Uta continued to climb,reaching up and inside the mighty clock Tower. The place was dark and quiet, the old gears still in the gloomy air.Looking to the wall, she saw the mighty levers that her friend Lotte told her about just before she died. with a basic survival instinct , she raced for them. Grabbing the first mighty switch, she pulled it on with a mighty tug, and did the same to the second one. She was finally spent, the girl collapsed to her knees and awaited her fate at the hands of Bobby.
It never came. Bobby went mad at the sound of the gears starting up, and didn't look where he was going. He smashed right of the side of the balcony, into the grinding cogs below. Uta wept for her friends and her father as she slowly got up and walked to the opening of the clock tower. When she heard the mighty dong of the bells,Uta knew it was over.

but now one year has passed,Uta has a guardian and lives in a new country... and Scissorman has decided to return for an encore!

INTERMISSION 1

A lone man with a light brown coat stood in the blisterring cold, outside the airport. Waiting, waiting for a taxi, but none could be seen. "How hard is it to get a taxi here!" he grumbled under his breath, automatically he placed his hands over his mouth as he coughed.

Grey clouds roamed the sky, and there were signs that rain was coming, Ekin looked up into the sky and smiled, "What a great day" he said sarcasticly, Ekin realised he wasnt going to get a taxi so he headed into the airport for shelter.

The silence of the outside broke and the sounds of the airport came alive, with announcements which seemed to never end and people that seemed to never stop moving. Ekin scanned the terminal looking for a place to rest his tired body but there was not one empy seat to be found. "Thats just great . . ."

::Hiroshi waves good bye to the band and makes his way to this car....he opens the door and hops in..slams the door behind him and starts the engine..and begins his trip towards his favorite hang out spot..a place that inspires him to write and play music..a old clock tower ..although there have been rumors about a homocidial maniac living there..he ignored these "warnings" as just stories...his car moves around a corner and stops at the old clock tower ..and he steps out ..and sits on his cars hood..then leans against the wind shield ..and allows the creative "arua" as he calls it ...to influence him::

hmm...i wonder what this clock tower will inspire me to write this time ...

Patience was not professor bartons greatest virtue and it showed in his appearance. His weatherbeaten features betrayed little of his true nature, always trying to get to the information no matter what the cost to his patient, "Pain brings knowledge" was his motto and it had not failed him so far. However the patient he was working with now was a little different. Something had happened to her last year, it had changed her, given her more conditioning to fear, to pain. She was far from invincible,though, and it was only a matter of time for Barton to prove if Scissorman was real or imaginary, a deluded fantasy of a psychotic girl.

"Louise, ring the brannagh household" he said into his speakerphone."I'm organising another session, and the cops agreement still holds so ring him up and get him on the other line"
He leaned back in his chair, and sighed.

/When it comes to Tsutami, I can look forward to a long day/ He thought to himself,sinking deep into the chair.

[Guildenstern]

Martin had "screwed his courage to the sticking point" as Lady Macbeth might have put it and crossed into the courtyard of the old Clocktower. He hoped that there wasn't some caretaker ready to call the cops on this tresspasser.
He put down the little stool and easel he had been carrying and lays out a sheet to begin painting. He had been practicing water colors as of late, mostly out of fear for getting his nice sweater stained.
"What a concept, painting by moonlight...What's that?"
He had only just begun dabbing some paint when he heard a car crunch to a stop across the gravel in the front of the Clocktower.
"Great, that's probably the caretaker and I didn't bother to hide my gosh-darn car..."
Indeed his blue '03 Thunderbird was in the open though he had parked in the shadows.

Tsutami rushed threw the crowed streets, doging people and vending machines.
' If I'm late again I'll defiantly be fired! '
Tsutami spotted her building and she smiled, relieved that she wouldn't be late again.
When she reached the building she stopped to catch her breath.
" *pant* Phew... *huff* " She made her way up the flights of stairs and into the homicide department of the police station.
She bowed her head good moring to the poilce officers and detectives she'd past.
When she arrived to her desk she ploped her breifcase down next to her desk and plopped down in her chair.
When she saw the chief standing infront of her desk, she quickly stood up and bowed.
"What's with the bowing? You're not in Japan, Ms. Uta."
She scratched her head and laughed.
" Hee... Guess my old Japanese customs are hard to forget..."
The chief rolled his eyes and handed her a huge stack of papers.
"These are to be copied and filed be the most recent deaths. I'll be back at 2:00 to collect them."
As the chief walked back to his section, Tsutami stuck her tounge out at him and pounded her fist on the papers..
" 2:00...! But it's already noon! " The chief showed no sign of coming back to her desk so she just sighed, picked the papers up, and walked over to the copy machine. A heavy pout worn on her face.

1. You can not go to Clock Tower, Uta is in a different country and all the characters KNOW EACH OTHER. Whether they be friends, guardians, cops or reporters, everybody knows each other AND they all live in the same town.

2. magicfangirl I thought I made this clear, we only need one cop and that is Dante. Orochi had no business asking him to change his app so he is still Dante the cop. You must be something else better suited to an 18 year old.

The sky started to clear up and Ekin decided to try his luck one more time in getting a taxi back to his apartment. He left the airport terminal and headed towards the black tar road which glistened in the sun.

"Ok thats it, im getting a taxi no matter what!" Ekin said, he dropped his bags onto the wet ground and lent over and looked up the street. There was a yellow object heading down the road, a taxi. Ekin smiled and waved his arms high in the sky.

The taxi pulled over, Eking opened the boot and threw his bags in. He then headed towards the passenger door and entered the taxi, "Take me to the Lucky Star hotel" ordered Ekin. The driver nodded and drove off

You did. Tsutami works part time as a secretary at a police station... When she's not in collage...

no no, that's okay. We've had enough edits for one day and it was my bad really. Remember to post location headings by using the post subject feature when posting, so nobody gets confused.

((OOC: heh heh, yeah. And Martin is painting a church near the park though his car is parked at the park after hours, hence his concern and since we all know each other lets just say that Hiroshi and Martin have met a few times in the past.))

Martin was relieved to see that it was not the caretaker, figures that old boozer was probably at a bar.

Professor Bartons....

Dante knew of the man. He was the doctor who was treating the only witness in a murder case that happened a while back. Dante was assigned the case to find out once and for all the truth. He wanted to know if this Tsutami women was really the murderer that had eluded officials for so long. If she was...he wouldn't let her escape justice...

He knew that Professor Bartons would be the key that would allow him to find out the truth....

He suddenly heard the phone ring and he picked it up quickly. He recognized the womens voice as a women by the name of Louise. She worked with Professor Bartons. She told him that Bartons wanted to speak with him.

Dante: " At last...our agreement comes to fruitation. I WILL find the truth."

He waited on the line for the voice of Bartons. He needed all the details he could gather of the Tsutami women's progress before he traveled the long distance to the Professor's domain...

Tsutami sighed and looked at her blistered hands.

'That damn chief had me work all threw lunch! Well I don't give a damn anymore! I'm going out to eat and he can fire me for all I care!'

She quickly stood up from her desk and grabbed her breifcase.
She straightned the wrinkles out of her black mini-skirt and walked out of the office.

"I don't really care... He's always been mean to me anyway!"

She walked for awhile and decided to give up on finding a good place to eat and head back to the police station... and do some major begging to the cheif.

"He won't be mad. He won't be mad." She chanted this to herself hoping that it would come true.

"He won't be mad. He won't be- Hey! That's Hiroshi!"

'I haven't seen him in a long time!'

She smiled happily and skipped over to her friend.

"HI HIROSHI!" She glomped his back but soon let go when she remembered he might not remember her.
"Opps... Sorry `bout that! Um, you remember me right? Tsutami Uta?"

She then noticed her other friend standing by them.

She smiled and cheerfully waved her hand in the air.
"HI Mister Martin!"
