Starlords - convocation
It has been 73 years since the War of Fractions, a confrontation of cosmic proportions which split the known starcluster into diverging forces and menaced to destroy humanity or cause it to retread tecnologically for milenia, disconecting the many worlds colonized up to then and plunging each of them into medieval obscurity. The pride of each single world blinded it completely. Yet, near the apocalipse, a growing comunity of pacifists managed to stop the Armageddon. Thus came to be the the ISC(Interstellar Comunity), which has allowed a long lasting peace between over a hundred worlds. Long, but not eternal, for no planet will ever renounce to the glorious destiny it knew it had less than a century ago...
You are the one standing at the front. You shall make the choices that determine the destiny of an entire planet. Power may often be more a burden than a blessing. Welcome to the not always beatifull world of the mighty ones. Lead your people to their destiny, though it may mean your own sacrifice. The world is yours. Can you handle it?

Interstellar political strategy RPG
Since the development of the Igawa method in -2314 ISC humanity could archieve radically bigger space jumps (warp) allowing them to escape their local system at overlightspeed and begin the colonization of the many worlds around them. The expansion seemed to have no end untill it faced the edge of the starcluster, a space too whide even for the Igawa method. However, the cluster is still large enough to support humanity for a couple of centuries more. In deed, the 152 worlds curently represented at the ISC agora are only within about the half of the cluster, which is divided into five sectors:
ANMAR
Although it has already become a matter of doubt, it is said humanity's origins lie somewhere within this sector. The locals asure it ferovorously and show themselves truely proud of having an ancient culture, though other sectors also claim that honour for themselves. Anmar mainly sustains itself on its agriculture, for being full of fertile planets in medium locations to rather small stars. However, it has a balanced portion of several other resources, which only means they could survive in a certain measure without the other sectors, but would never allow them to sustain their present population at the life standarts difused nowadays.
AXIS
Located in the center of the cluster, the worlds of Axis hardly have any natural resources. However, they are an unescapable pass to all comertial routes and thus also center of commerce and tecnology. The main manufacturing and processing is held right here. In deed, trading multienterprises have archieved more power than the political governaments and ended up replacing them. Some planets still count with a symbolical president, but the very leaders are clearly the merchants. Besides the natural planets, several space platforms have been created in this area. A sector full of power but highly dependant on all the other ones.
FERREA
The cold worlds of Ferrea are filled with minerals. The largest mines of the cluster lie here, and most peoples have addapted themselves to the chilly enviroment quite well, the ground even allows some agriculture, they say, though that's few if any. Working in mines is not much easier than it was since humanity's origins, by the way also claimed by some of the worlds within this sector. Those who haven't implemented expensive robot systems in their tunnels still have to deal with the loss of several underground workers.
FRONTIER
On the edge of the explored space lie worlds with unexpected properties. However, these are still thinly populated and have few if any influence in interstellar politics due to their unstrategical position. The young worlds on the Frontier are just starting to form themselves and nobody knows if they may come up with big surprises.
PYROS
The zone of Pyros contains the largest stars in the cluster. Planets around here are spheres of fried rock and even space is full of radiation. However, the heat of the stars is a magnificent source of energy. Most of the power cells used all along the cluster are charged here. The cauldron effect of Pyros does not only affect the unaware astronauts but also allows the natural formation of rare valuable gasses. Whenever the life in Pyros shows to be very hard at times, it is also notably productive.

NEUTRAL AREAS:
Name: ISC Space Platform
Emplacement: Axis(0/0)
Geography: From far the platform appears like a giant silver frizbe, though it is rather small compared to other comertial platforms within the Axis. The inside has a very scematic ordered structure, organized in ten concentric circles, the Agora in the center of all of them. Everything is filled with a sober luxus and designed for specifical functions.
Culture: Created for that perpuss, the ISCSP is the political center of the starcluster. Once every year all political leaders of coloniced space are summoned here to discuss the global situation within the Agora. Cases of extreme interplanetary danger may also allow special extemporary reunions. The world itself is held by a moderating comitee elected by democratic voting of all leaders every ten years. They are also the only ones empowered to make extemporary reunions efective, though it may be requested by anyone. When not overflown by political matters, ISCSP is a rather desolate place with few motion and relevance, only inhabited by the comitee. The head of the encharged with this location is curently Moderator Yaw T'mare.
Name: Earth
Emplacement: Anmar(192/81)
Geography: Most of the planet is covered with a salty dessert, the rest of the soil appears to have been fertile once but is terribly outused. The atmosphere may still appear breathable at first contact, but is terribly toxic after long exposition. Most of the world is covered by dark brown clouds.
Culture: The most likely place to be the origin of humanity, Earth is full of misterious ruins of uncountable age. The general agree in the IC was to respect and protect it as a cultural patrimony of the human race. There hasn't been a govement on it since one can remember, almost all of it is abandoned except for a couple of savages who may have been left behind.
NPC:
Name: Yaw T'mare (Fammily name first)
Gender: Male
Age: 82
Aspect: A rather short man whose short upstraight hair slowly grows from black to grey. His coppertone skinn is harsh and split by the bad times pased which are also shown by the scar on his right cheek. Yaw's small eyes use to hide under his populated eyebrows. He has a slight prpencity to grow fat, but keeps it under control.
Personal background: During the War of Fractions many lives were lost and many worlds got destroyed. After the taking by one empire after another over the small planet Kelrath, it finally came to meat the weapon which was the main hrrour of war and is now forbidden: The starblaster. Yaw escaped his homeworld Kelrath in the last moments just to see it get bursted and live the rest of his life as a refugee. However, his verbal habilities helped him to let his voice be heard and his past history left him become the head of the moderating comitee of the ISCSP.
Ideology: An overall pacifist, Yaw believes there are always means other than the horrid war to solve conflicts. The loss of lifes should be stopped at any cost, since it is humanity after all what we fight for. No person is too small or insignificant to be squished, utilized or ignored.
