hey anime_punk... demon city revolves around teh ancient art of Nempo (fighting with a wooden stick) , this guy's father dies trying to stop Lavin Ra from turning the city of Shinjuku into a "hell-on-earth"... (or demon city)
so he goes and tries to stop Lavin Ra like his father before him, and meets up with demons that guard the city on the way
the style is like "wicked city" in that demons are regenerative, the villain is very easily spotted and the hero wears black.
