Costumes

Did anyone go in costume this year, or going in costume next year?

Eh, Million's friend went as Kaji. One of the more practical and less scary ones at the con. I didn't go as anything this year and will probably not go as anything next year. Besides the obvious factor of looking like a complete idiot, I have no idea what character I could be. Besides, I'm too lazy to make a costume

There were too many Vashes and wolfwoods there. I counted at least 14. There were probably more than that though.

Hope I'm goin and in costume!

I'm hopefully going to Otakon 2002. This is my first time going to a con and also my first time dressing up. I want to dress up as Chun Li since she's my fav chicky. I constantly wear her hair style under normal circumstances anyways. It doesn't seem too hard, but I'm having a little trouble finding a cheongsam without designs of dragons or phoenixes or butterflies all over it. Any help in locating one similar to Chun Li's would be greatly appreciated!

Look for a guy and gal Heero and Duo locking lips constantly at Otakon 2002 next year. That will more than likely be Reika and I ^_^

Heh, one of my friend's was actually asked if Otakon was a Christian convention because of all the Wolfwood's walking around.

Last year I was Shampoo, among other things. With a Muu Muu-chan the Duck. ^_^ This year I plan to go, although I'm unsure of the costumes - I might do Shampoo again, and I might do Mana again(I'm doing her this year at Katsucon).

I dressed up at Otakon '02, and I'm planning to for '03 too! ..Something less obscure..I was just random school girl #328434 to the public. Heh,but I was actually Maho Izawa of Karekano..orrr,just look at my icon ^_^

I didn't see any AB sign..but then again I was very ill on Sat. and couldn't attend. The heat destroyed meee,I'm serious..the registration line made me sick to my stomach waiting in that heat.I'd rather pay $50 at the door then wait again.

Hmm..what cosplayers did I like best..well there sure were a lot of Angel Sanctuary people, right? Di Gi Charat too..Uh..well I'm gonna say my favorite was a Professor Tomoe from Sailor Moon! I was too shy to ask for his pic,but my friend got me it instead.

So this year..I'm going as Mistress Nine from SM..to attract more Prof. Tomoe's,ohohohooo!! Will my plan work?

Did anyone else see Eight Man..wahaha!! What a junky selection of anime..my friends and I went in there and made fun of it till I was crying I couldn't stop laughing. So..I was amused, kindaaa. I feel sorry for the people actually watching it in the theatre with us,the big..8..other people, heh.

The pic is of me,and yes,I love cosmetics, and no I didn't know my pic was being taken, and yes I have other pics of me at otakon, but this will havta do.

I believe I recognize you from the convention . . .
I am too lazy to make costume . . . I just dye my hair purple . . .
Always dye your hair before going . . . we permanently dyed the bathroom of our hotel blue and green . . . the tips for housekeeping was extraordinary so that we wouldn't get in trouble . . .

I went last year, and am going again this year. I live driving distance away from it, so I don't need a hotel. ........Oh! costume right, yeah, last year I went as Rinoa (from FF8) and am going the same this year. My friends and I are all going as the main girls from FF games. By the way, if any of you have played FF8, you know what Rinoa's dog looks like right? Does anyone know where I could find one that looks like it?
